Since its first edition in 2013, OuiShare Fest has been a participatory event, co-created by its attendees. With OuiShare Fest Barcelona taking place in Spanish 2 weeks, we invite you now to get involved in our next Paris edition to build an amazing Fest 2016, themed After the Gold Rush!

WHAT’S NEW THIS YEAR
After the Age of Communities and Lost in Transition, next year’s theme is After the Gold Rush. We’ll share more soon about what this theme means to us, but for now just let yourself be inspired :)
If you attended this year’s Fest, you may remember the three-day program was structured into 12 tracks. Though the tracks were a great success, we also learned that this type of structure can be hard to adapt to a program where many subjects are intertwined and overlap. This time, the program will be structured according to key questions formulated by our program curation team that span across several subjects.
So keep in mind that we’re especially looking for contributions that are at the intersection of several subjects and disciplines.
The contribution types you can propose are:
- Speaker suggestions
- Talks / Multi-speaker sessions: We are very selective with talk proposals and will only accept experienced speakers who can provide videos of their presentations at other conferences.
- Workshops: please make sure to share details with us about your methodology if you propose a workshop.
- Installations (some examples: interactive photowall, sharing table, open design garden furniture and a solar and bicycle powered music box)
- Pitches of your startup or project
Two words of advice: if you would like to increase your chances of being selected, we especially encourage you to propose creative workshops and interactive sessions!

WHAT’S NEXT?
Here is a timeline with an overview of the different steps of the application process until the first program release:
Proposals will be selected in two rounds: some will be confirmed immediately by the program curation team, while others will be put up for a community vote to let them decide what their favorite proposals are. If your proposal is selected for community voting, you will be asked to make a video explaining your idea that you can share with your community online.
If your proposal is selected, you will receive a 3-day pass for the event.
>> Submit contribution here till December 31st We look forward to your creative contributions!
